Description

Baker Tilly is seeking a Risk Advisory Services Principal to join their fast-growing public accounting firm. This role involves providing leadership, managing strategic direction, and delivering exceptional client service. The principal will work closely with client executives to identify and manage financial and operational risks, focusing on developing in-depth knowledge of clients' businesses and offering strategic business advice. Responsibilities also include significant new business development, producing comprehensive reports, acting as a business advisor, and leading presentations.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Ten (10)+ years of experience in risk advisory, internal/external audit, business process reengineering, and/or internal controls.
Five (5)+ years of supervisory experience, mentoring, and counseling associates.
A successful track record of building and growing a Risk Advisory practice, including team-building, expanding the client base, and managing revenue.
A proven track record of new business development.
Preferred Qualifications: Ability to lead and supervise others, provide exceptional client service, demonstrate commitment to continuous learning, see both the big picture and details, display appropriate ethical knowledge and commitment, and exhibit a sense of urgency and commitment to quality and timely project completion.
Ability to travel as needed for client engagements.
