Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering, mathematics, architecture, or related field with two years of experience, or a master's degree with one year of experience, along with experience in engineering and construction project life cycles, Microsoft Excel, Monte Carlo simulation, probabilistic risk tools, quantitative risk analysis, program and project risk management, infrastructure engineering, interdisciplinary discussions, and project and program controls.
