Pavago is hiring a full-time, remote Risk Analyst / Risk Manager to identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate financial, operational, compliance, technology, and enterprise risks. The role covers enterprise risk management, internal controls, regulatory compliance, financial risk modeling, GRC, audit readiness, risk reporting, and dashboards, with cross-functional collaboration across Finance, Operations, IT, Legal, Compliance, and leadership. Candidates need at least three years of relevant experience, strong SQL and Excel or Google Sheets skills, GRC platform experience, and availability during U.S. business hours.
