Pavago is hiring a full-time, remote Risk Analyst / Risk Manager to identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate financial, operational, compliance, cyber, and strategic risks. The role builds risk frameworks, develops quantitative models, tests controls, supports audits, creates risk dashboards and executive reports, and collaborates with finance, operations, compliance, legal, IT, and business teams. Candidates need at least three years of relevant experience, strong SQL, Excel, and data-analysis skills, and familiarity with GRC platforms and enterprise risk frameworks.
