Description
The Operational Governance Analyst will maintain risk registers, track mitigation actions, support risk reporting, coordinate change requests, monitor implementation traceability, enforce governance standards and SOPs, and support audits and continuous improvement. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, risk and change-control knowledge, analytical ability, and familiarity with Asana, Google Workspace, and Looker; a bachelor’s degree, ISO 31000, Prosci, or ITIL exposure, and client-operations experience are preferred.
