Wave is seeking a Risk and Compliance Officer to join their team in Sierra Leone. This role involves leading field audit efforts, ensuring compliance with global risk and compliance standards, and supporting fraud operations. The officer will supervise audit activities, monitor control implementations, participate in incident reviews, and contribute to the development of the compliance program. They will also conduct due diligence, prepare compliance reports, and identify operational risks.
