The role coordinates and improves risk management, compliance, internal control, regulatory monitoring, and corporate governance processes; assesses corruption, conflicts of interest, and sanctions risks; develops controls and procedures; monitors corrective actions; advises managers; and prepares risk reports and recommendations. It requires higher education in a relevant field, at least three years of professional experience, knowledge of regulatory acts, and strong analytical and communication skills.
