WPP Media is hiring a Manager Risk & Controls to lead the Risk & Controls function for WPP Media Turkey and support designated CSEE markets. The role owns local control frameworks, audit and compliance activities, risk monitoring, remediation, business risk mapping, and continuous improvement, while advising senior stakeholders and fostering a culture of ethics and compliance. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, at least five years of relevant experience, knowledge of IFRS, Sarbanes-Oxley, and PCAOB requirements, strong communication and Excel skills, and fluency in Turkish and English. The position is based in Istanbul and follows a hybrid arrangement with teams in the office around four days per week.
