HGL is hiring a Risk Assessor II to support environmental projects involving hazardous, toxic, radioactive, PFAS, mining, and military munitions response. The role prepares human health and ecological risk assessments, analyzes environmental datasets, develops risk-based cleanup levels, reviews toxicological studies, conducts statistical analyses, and leads junior staff. It is a hybrid position based in Lakewood, Colorado, with three days in the office, minimal travel, and a five-day work week. Applicants need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant environmental or health science discipline and at least six years of experience in environmental consulting or regulatory work on DoD or EPA projects. The annual salary is $92,285 to $138,428.
