Howden is hiring a Risk Associate – Risk Operations to support its Senior Risk Manager in maintaining an effective Enterprise Risk Management framework. The role manages risk assessments and projects, supports ERM reporting and governance, maintains the Risk and Control Register, embeds risk activities in change initiatives, and assists Risk Business Partners. Candidates should have strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, knowledge of risk management processes and frameworks, stakeholder engagement ability, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. The position is based in London and may offer hybrid working.
