Allica Bank is hiring a Risk Business Partner for Technology to support the First Line of Defence within its Controls function. The role partners with Technology to embed the Risk Management Framework, develops and tests technology and vendor controls, supports operational resilience and RCSA activities, contributes to operational risk capital calculations, and provides risk reporting and governance. It requires 10–12 years of operational risk management experience, expertise in controls and vendor risk frameworks, and offers flexible and hybrid working with private health cover and other benefits.
