Description
Citi is hiring a Markets Controls Tester to plan, execute, and report on control testing for Markets Trading and Sales businesses. The role assesses control design and operating effectiveness, challenges stakeholders, supports remediation, maintains testing documentation, and manages relationships across front office, conduct risk, compliance, and operational risk functions. Relevant experience includes front office controls testing, internal or external audit, independent control reviews, or similar disciplines, along with knowledge of markets sales and trading activities, risks, and controls. Bachelor or university education is preferred, but industry experience and an exceptional delivery track record are also valued.
