Description
Millennium is hiring a Risk Controls Manager, Asia to lead regional oversight of external-manager risk controls, including onboarding, pre-trade and post-trade controls, trading limits, exception management, controls reviews, and remediation tracking. The role partners with execution teams, external trading groups, Risk Management, Compliance, Operations, Trading Services, Execution and Business Management, and develops controls dashboards and governance standards. Candidates need 10–15 years of relevant trading, risk or controls experience, strong asset-class knowledge, experience with trading limits and control frameworks, and strong communication and project-management skills.
