MSIG USA is hiring a Risk Engineering Manager to lead a team of five multiline and/or property field engineers. The role manages report quality, production goals, turnaround times, subcontractor work, service plans for large accounts, risk-improvement processes, and compliance reporting, while also supporting account acquisition, retention, and new-business promotion. The position requires a bachelor's degree, 7–10 years of insurance and general-industry loss-prevention experience, 3–5 years of supervisory or management experience, and expertise with sprinkler plan reviews, NFPA codes, Factory Mutual guidelines, and complex industrial risks. The anticipated salary is $175,000 to $190,000.
