Description
Mortenson is hiring a Risk Management Coordinator to support the risk management department, primarily through trade partner prequalification. The role administers the prequalification program, coordinates with trade partners and project teams, communicates qualification results, maintains records and process guides, and supports related risk-management activities. The position requires an associate degree or at least two years of administrative support or construction-industry experience, data-entry experience, Excel and Microsoft Office 365 proficiency, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work confidentially in a cross-functional environment. The base pay range is $43,800 to $59,200, with higher ranges in Denver, Chicago, Seattle, Portland, and Washington, D.C., and the role is eligible for an incentive plan. Visa sponsorship is not offered.
