GiveDirectly is hiring a Remote Risk Management Program Manager to oversee internal audit and fraud-risk management across a portfolio of countries in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. The role reports to the Director, Internal Audit, manages Internal Audit Managers, leads country audit strategies and project designs, oversees risk monitoring and investigations, supports fraud-prevention technology, and coordinates with internal and external stakeholders. It requires at least three years of audit, compliance, or risk leadership experience, fraud-investigation experience, people-management experience, cross-country portfolio experience, field-based operations exposure, data and analytics fluency, and fluency in English and French. The position offers a base salary of $75,100, a target bonus of approximately $7,510, and an estimated total compensation of $82,610.
