GiveDirectly is hiring a Remote Risk Management Program Manager to oversee internal audit and fraud-risk management across a portfolio of countries in Mozambique. The role reports to the Director, Internal Audit, manages Internal Audit Managers, leads country audit strategies and project designs, investigates high-risk cases, monitors fraud metrics and reporting, coordinates with internal and external stakeholders, and conducts annual field visits. Candidates need at least three years of audit, compliance, or risk leadership experience, fraud investigation experience, people-management experience, cross-country portfolio experience, field-based operations exposure, data and analytics fluency, program design experience, senior-level report-writing experience, and fluency in English and Portuguese. The position offers a base salary of $67,400, a target bonus of approximately $6,740, and an estimated total compensation of $74,140 or more.
