Description
The Risk Management Specialist II is an advanced individual contributor supporting clinical and operational risk, patient safety, compliance, workplace safety, emergency preparedness, investigations, risk assessments, regulatory readiness, corrective actions, and continuous improvement at a healthcare organization. The role independently manages complex matters within delegated authority, coordinates stakeholder activities, leads projects or workstreams, provides training and technical guidance, and travels to clinic sites. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, three years of progressively responsible healthcare or related experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and data-analysis tools. The position pays $29-$33 per hour and includes employer-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage.
