Costain is seeking a Risk Manager to support the Living Water Enterprise, a strategic infrastructure upgrade programme for Northumbrian Water’s AMP 8 investment cycle. Reporting to the Head of Planning / PMO, the role is responsible for implementing and assuring risk and opportunity governance, meeting contract-specific requirements, identifying and analysing project risks and opportunities, developing responses, and promoting best-practice risk management across scheme and framework-level stakeholders and programmes.
