AEGIS London is hiring a full-time Risk Manager to support the Head of Risk in maintaining and enhancing the Risk Management Framework across the syndicate. The role covers risk reporting, risk and control registers, RCSA, risk event management, risk policies, risk appetite and KRI monitoring, emerging risks, operational risk scenario analysis, stress and scenario testing, ORSA, internal model validation, and regulatory oversight. The position requires demonstrable Lloyd’s or London Market risk management experience, strong analytical and communication skills, knowledge of UK prudential requirements, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and reporting tools. It is a hybrid role.
