Apollo is hiring a Risk Manager to join its Enterprise Risk Management team and help develop, oversee, and embed the enterprise risk framework across Apollo and its managed syndicates. The role covers risk identification, assessment, monitoring, oversight of platform partner syndicates, ORSA, stress testing, business planning, reporting, training, and risk reviews. Candidates should have experience in enterprise risk management within insurance, reinsurance, or regulated financial services, knowledge of Solvency UK and broader regulatory expectations, and experience with ORSA, stress testing, scenario analysis, or business planning.
