BESIX Netherlands is hiring a Risk Manager to control the company’s project portfolio, develop and apply risk-management approaches across assignments, support strategic projects, and represent the Netherlands within the BESIX Group’s Risk Management Competence Center. The role covers risk registers, Monte Carlo analyses, risk reporting, risk sessions, control-measure monitoring, and stakeholder coordination, while also inspiring colleagues and maintaining links with Brussels and Dubai. Candidates need an HBO or WO technical or business-administration degree, at least two years of practical or advisory risk-management experience including Monte Carlo analyses, relevant scheduling and price-quantity analysis experience, and fluent Dutch; English is a plus and @Risk knowledge is advantageous.
