FTT GmbH is hiring a Risk Manager in Berlin to identify, assess, control, and monitor risks across manufacturing, assembly, quality, engineering, supply chain, logistics, EHS, and controlling. The role coordinates risk management under ISO 9001, maintains risk registers, facilitates cross-functional workshops, supports risk owners and executives, oversees business continuity, and provides risk awareness training. Candidates need an engineering or comparable degree, several years of experience in risk, quality, process, or project management, knowledge of risk-based thinking and management systems, and strong German and English communication skills.
