Description
The role is a second-line UK Risk Control position responsible for implementing and monitoring KFSUK’s risk management framework across credit, operational, market, liquidity, and business risks. Responsibilities include risk identification, assessment, reporting, operational risk assessments, independent follow-up, assurance reviews, risk appetite and limits coordination, incident and resilience reviews, and collaboration with senior management, business units, and external partners. The role requires financial-services risk-management knowledge, experience in product operations, project management, or a related field, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and experience with generative AI tools.
