Description

PURE Insurance is seeking experienced Risk Managers to conduct independent risk assessments for property exposures, supporting underwriting and loss prevention strategies. This role involves evaluating complex property conditions, determining replacement costs, and communicating findings to clients. Risk Managers will operate autonomously, recommend mitigation solutions, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance risk selection and business decision-making.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 3+ years of experience as a Risk Manager at an insurance carrier, or in a related insurance role with exposure to property risk assessment and broader risk management practices.
5+ years of experience in high-value home construction, skilled trades (e.g., plumbing, electrical, HVAC), home inspection, appraisal, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications: Strong interpersonal and oral and written communication skills are a must
Demonstrated ability to apply independent judgment and discretion in complex situations
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
