Quantum Immobilien Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH is hiring a Risk Manager (m/f/d) in Hamburg to build and develop the company’s risk management system, create risk reporting, conduct investment law reviews, assess real estate, infrastructure, and private debt transactions, perform industry, tenant, balance-sheet, and stress analyses, support asset and shareholding valuations, oversee outsourcing controlling, and coordinate with fund and asset management stakeholders. The role requires an economics or law degree, several years of risk-management experience, knowledge of German and Luxembourg supervisory regulations, experience with fund and equity structures, and fluent German and English communication.
