Description
The Risk Manager will lead global compliance and risk-management initiatives, including control-health strategy, product-safety and compliance controls, risk assessments, vulnerability identification, mitigation recommendations, and cross-functional program execution. The role partners with corporate counsel, legal, business, product, BI, data science, and engineering teams, builds reporting and automated workflows, and applies AI where possible. Required qualifications include at least four years of compliance, legal, governance, audit, risk, or loss-prevention experience, three years of food-safety and quality management in a large-scale retail or manufacturing environment, a bachelor's degree in Food Science or a related field, knowledge of retail food regulations, and experience with confidential information and local food-safety regulators.
