Nomura is hiring an Executive Director, Risk Manager, IT, Information Security, Business Resilience and Third Party Risk Management in New York. The role oversees the second line of defense for technology, information security, business continuity, and third-party risk across Americas operations and globally, including independent challenge of first-line controls, regulatory and industry-standard compliance, risk dashboards, remediation, and third-party oversight. Candidates need at least 15 years of technical experience plus technology risk, information security, or IT audit exposure, along with a relevant bachelor's degree; CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC, or CCSP is preferred. The base pay range is $220,000 to $270,000 per year, with additional compensation and benefits potentially available.
