Description
The role is responsible for developing and improving the company-wide risk management system, creating and delivering training, supporting risk managers across business areas, quantifying risks and running risk-aggregation simulations, implementing risk-management software, and preparing risk reports for the Management Board and Audit Committee. It requires a degree in business administration, economics, or a comparable field, initial professional risk-management experience, knowledge of risk processes, software, and reporting, strong analytical and communication skills, and very good German and English.
