Description
Binance is seeking a Risk Manager to build and operate an independent, regulator-ready risk management function for its licensed payment business in Kazakhstan and the broader CIS region. The role covers risk frameworks, appetite and limits, operational, liquidity, currency, counterparty, fraud, outsourcing, information security, and compliance risks; stress testing and capital and liquidity planning; risk assessments of digital-asset products; incident and loss-event analysis; business continuity; board and regulatory reporting; and support for audits and inspections. The position requires a relevant degree, at least five years of risk management experience in a regulated financial institution, strong knowledge of NBK and international risk standards, advanced Excel, and fluent Russian and English.
