Premier Health is hiring a full-time Risk Manager – Registered Nurse for its Dayton, Ohio Risk Management team. The role partners with physicians, advanced practice providers, clinical leaders, and operational teams to identify and mitigate patient safety and organizational risks, review adverse events and complaints, support disclosure and event management, manage litigation, develop risk strategies, and analyze clinical data. It requires a current Ohio Registered Nursing License, a bachelor’s degree, and 3–5 years of healthcare-related experience; a master’s degree in a related healthcare or business field is preferred. The position offers a hybrid arrangement with frequent in-person office work and is limited to local candidates within one hour of Dayton.
