First Circle is hiring a Risk Operations Analyst to evaluate the creditworthiness and risk profiles of small and medium-sized enterprise loan applicants. The role includes financial analysis, due diligence and regulatory compliance, credit recommendations, loan-record maintenance, portfolio monitoring, and underwriting process improvement. It is intended for a fresh graduate or candidate with up to one year of experience, requires a relevant bachelor's degree and Microsoft Excel proficiency, and uses a hybrid arrangement with two days per week in the company's BGC office. Compensation is PHP 25,000–28,000 gross monthly, with HMO coverage from week one and additional insurance and allowances.
