Parafin is hiring a Product Operations Specialist to scale operations and grow its capital products. The role will build and improve payments and fraud processes, evaluate merchant risk, troubleshoot payment issues, support customer-facing operations, analyze data, and collaborate with customer support, data science, compliance, and engineering teams. The position requires 3–5 years of work experience, including 2–3 years in fintech, banking, or payments, along with strong payments, communication, quantitative, and entrepreneurial skills. Compensation is $118,000–$123,000, with equity, medical, dental, and vision insurance, unlimited PTO, and work-from-home flexibility.
