First Circle is hiring a Risk Operations Support Specialist to process SME loan applications by scraping and encoding client documents, handling large volumes of data, performing quality checks, storing files, running credit checks, and completing other daily operations. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, strong attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. It is a hybrid role with two days per week in the BGC office and remote work the rest of the time, with HMO coverage and other benefits.
