The role analyzes customer requirements, develops tailored solutions, conducts presentations and proof-of-concept projects, educates customers, monitors enhancements, reports defects, and supports the Professional Services team. Candidates need experience with mission-critical risk solutions, investment management software, SQL, FIX, Crystal Reports, risk analytics, scenario analysis, portfolio optimization, and regulatory risk reporting, along with a relevant degree and willingness to travel 30%–50%. The role is based in Burlington, Boston, Clifton, Princeton, or Berwyn, with an annual salary range of $70,000–$118,750.
