HDR is looking for a Risk/Quality Manager to lead the implementation and advancement of the Quality Management System (QMS) in the Middle East region. The successful candidate will champion QMS adoption, cultivate a culture of continuous learning and risk management, and empower local leaders and project teams to ensure high-quality outcomes aligned with HDR's standards. This role involves providing guidance to Project Managers, coordinating with local business groups, reporting on QMS progress, communicating updates, developing local processes, and implementing an onboarding program.
