Citi is hiring a full-time ICAAP and Stress Testing Leader to lead the execution of ICAAP and regulatory stress testing across more than 60 legal entities in EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. The role combines risk management, regulatory reporting, governance, team leadership, and technology initiatives, including AI-driven automation, data validation, reporting infrastructure, and business intelligence. Candidates need extensive experience in risk management and stress testing, at least three years leading teams, strong knowledge of ICAAP and capital adequacy frameworks, and proficiency with SQL, Power BI, and Tableau. The position is based in Poland with a hybrid model of up to two days working from home per week and a stated salary range of 340,990 to 580,610 Polish zloty.
