AudioCodes is hiring an RMA Coordinator to manage the end-to-end Return Material Authorization process, from customer requests through product repair and return. The role coordinates customers, field engineers, repair teams, logistics providers, and subcontractors; manages service orders, replenishment, global service warehouses, shipments, contracts, KPI reporting, and process improvements. It requires a bachelor’s degree, relevant planning or operations experience, ERP and business-application experience, hardware and repair-process knowledge, strong English communication skills, and full-time availability with overtime as needed.
