SMTC Corporation is hiring an RMA Coordinator in Melbourne, Florida to administer and coordinate the Return Material Authorization process for customer-returned products, repairs, upgrades, warranty claims, and field-returned materials. The role coordinates cross-functional activities across Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Program Management, Production Planning, Supply Chain, and customers; tracks RMA records and aging activity; supports failure analysis and corrective actions; analyzes return trends; and helps improve product reliability and customer satisfaction. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least three years of relevant experience, and proficiency with ERP/MES systems, FactoryLogix, Microsoft Office, and quality databases.
