Christie is hiring an RMA Coordinator I in Bengaluru to manage end-to-end Return Material Authorization, warranty, repair, replacement, and product-return processes. The role coordinates with authorized dealers, service providers, repair centres, engineers, and cross-functional teams; processes returns and repair cases; tracks SLAs; maintains service inventory and consignment records; prepares reports; and supports customer service and service operations. Candidates should have a graduate or postgraduate degree, 2–3 years of relevant experience, and knowledge of RMA, warranty, repair, inventory, and ERP systems.
