Thunderbolt Solutions is hiring an RMA Engineer to collect, analyze, and report Reliability, Maintainability, and Availability data for the Aegis Weapon System and Operational Readiness Test System programs supporting U.S. Navy warships. The role involves shipboard and land-based testing, data scoring, root-cause analysis, reporting, presentations, and coordination with government and industry partners. It requires a bachelor’s degree or higher, AWS and ORTS program experience, DoD Secret clearance eligibility, strong analytical and Microsoft Office skills, and willingness to travel, including underway periods aboard Navy ships. The anticipated base salary is $100,000 to $112,000 annually, with possible company bonus and comprehensive benefits.
