Spring Arbor of Leesburg is hiring a Medication Aide / Med Tech for its Assisted Living community. The role provides resident care, assists with medication administration under state guidelines, supports activities of daily living, communicates with Resident Services, and helps lead resident activities. It is available part-time on all shifts or PRN/flexible schedules, with walk-in Wednesday interviews and pay starting at $23.23 per hour. Applicants must be at least 18, have a current Medication Training certification, pass a criminal background screening, and may be a CNA/NA depending on state requirements; senior-care experience and CPR/First Aid certification are preferred.
