Description
The RMA Specialist II owns the returns process from submission through final resolution, including return validation, quality inspections, refunds and exchanges, inventory handling, and reconciliation. The role also supports pick, pack, and fulfillment during peak periods, processes operational escalations and concessions, and leads or supports cycle counts and inventory discrepancies. It is a full-time, on-site warehouse position requiring at least three years of relevant experience, ERP or WMS knowledge, physical product-handling ability, and strong organizational and communication skills.
