Description
This per-diem nursing role provides and directs primary nursing care for patients with cardiovascular, pulmonary, and vascular health deficits, including complex multisystem care, unstable patients, and complex care management. The nurse performs comprehensive assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation; uses clinical problem-solving; and may serve as charge nurse or participate in unit leadership, orientation, education, and resource management. The position requires at least one year of cardiopulmonary nursing experience for telemetry work or two years of critical care nursing experience for critical care work, an accredited nursing degree, a New Jersey nursing license, BLS certification, and basic computer skills. The stated rate is $55.00 per hour.
