Description
This per-diem, day-shift cardiopulmonary nurse provides and directs primary nursing care for patients with cardiovascular, pulmonary, and vascular health deficits, including complex multisystem care and unstable patients. The role performs comprehensive assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation; uses clinical problem-solving; and may assume unit leadership responsibilities such as charge nursing, committee work, orientation, and education. It requires at least one year of cardiopulmonary nursing experience, an accredited nursing degree, a New Jersey nursing license, BLS and ACLS certification, and the ability to handle multiple clinical demands. The position pays $55.00 per hour.
