Centerstone is hiring a full-time Behavior Health Nurse - RN to provide nursing care to chronically or acutely sick patients, monitor and adjust medications, conduct assessments and treatment planning, coordinate with medical and community providers, and support clients with wellness, recovery, crisis management, and discharge planning. The role requires an Associate's Degree in Nursing, Qualified Mental Health Professional status, and an active unencumbered Illinois Registered Nurse license. The pay range is $29.63 to $41.54, with medical, dental, and vision coverage and other benefits.
