Description
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive patient care across the full patient spectrum, including admission assessments, medication administration, IV therapy, specimen collection, discharge planning, patient and family education, reassessment, documentation, and emotional support. The role may supervise LPNs and Patient Care Technicians, perform charge-nurse duties, and requires Georgia nursing licensure, an EKG course, BCLS, and an associate degree in nursing; BSN is preferred but not required, while 1–2 years of experience is preferred. The position involves physical demands including lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally and requires adherence to hospital safety, confidentiality, and professional standards.
