Description
Hillcrest Home Care is hiring a Hospice Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing care to hospice patients in private homes and senior living or care communities. The role includes comprehensive assessments, individualized plans of care, symptom management, bedside care, crisis intervention, patient and family education, interdisciplinary coordination, clinical documentation, and on-call or backup-call support. Candidates must be licensed RNs in Iowa or a compact state, have at least three years of nursing experience, hold BLS certification, and be able to travel between patient locations.
