Brookhaven Health Care Facility is hiring a part-time, per-diem Registered Nurse for a 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. schedule in East Patchogue, New York. The role provides skilled nursing care to residents, including assessments, medication and IV therapy administration, documentation, care coordination, infection-control compliance, and supervision of nursing assistants. An Associate's Degree in Nursing and a valid New York State RN license are required, while a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and skilled-nursing or geriatric experience are preferred.
