IRON Recovery and Wellness Center is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse in Trenton, New Jersey, with routine travel between Trenton and Toms River project sites. The role provides nursing assessments, clinical monitoring, infectious disease screening, medication for opioid use disorder support, overdose prevention, tobacco cessation, and health education while collaborating with clinicians, the medical director, and care coordinators. The position requires a current unencumbered New Jersey RN license, at least two years of nursing experience including substance use disorder or infectious disease services, BLS or CPR certification, and a valid New Jersey driver's license. Compensation is $95,000, with medical, dental, and vision insurance available after 30 days of employment.
